More info on HTC’s 5-inch phone ‘DIx’; packs quad-core processor, 1.5GB RAM

More info on HTC’s 5 inch phone DIx; packs quad core processor, 1.5GB RAMWe have been hearing about HTC’s 1080p smartphone for quite some time now. Now, more information about this phone has appeared onHTCSource, which claims that it has been code-named HTC DIx(probably for Droid Incredible X).
It also states that this 5-inch smartphone will feature 480ppi display, quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There is no word on the Android version on this device and it will likely to be released on Verizon in the US with Droid branding.
On paper, the smartphone certainly seems like a worthy successor to One X and a monster in specs.
HTCSource also claims that the smartphone will have second notification LED for calls/missed alerts/charging on the back of the device near the camera.
Previous reports have mentioned that the display will sport an unusual 1794x1080p resolution. There is no word when this smartphone is going to be announced.
